At Bain Mazza Mediation, we believe two heads are better than one. After mediating hundreds of cases together on behalf of our clients, we have seen firsthand how a dual-attorney approach provides a more balanced and efficient path to settlement. Founded on nearly two decades of shared experience in employment and personal injury litigation, our mediation partnership offers the seasoned perspective needed to bridge gaps and reach resolutions. We mediate employment disputes, bringing our many years of litigation and trial experience to the table. Our expertise ensures both employee and employer interests are considered, fostering collaborative resolutions and peace of mind. We use an evaluative approach, assisting both parties in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of their case.

In our personal injury mediation practice, we aim to facilitate fair resolutions. We guide both parties to reach mutually beneficial solutions while maintaining empathy and understanding throughout the process.
Pricing
Introductory rate offered for new clients
Our full day flat rate is $7,500 (plus a $500 administrative fee, split between the parties), and our half day flat rate is $4,000 (plus a $250 administrative fee, split between the parties). To get the word out about our growing practice and allow our colleagues to see how effective we are as mediators, we are offering an introductory rate of $1,000 flat fee for a full day session ($500/side) if either party’s counsel is using us for the first time.
